Joints – cartilage, connective tissue, ligament, tendon and bone – present many of us with chronic difficulty and are often quite difficult to heal. With the proper support (diet, exercise and plant medicine) joints can heal, arthritic conditions can be alleviated, and we can support our joints for a long life of comfortable activity.
This workshop will focus on:
• Understanding the joint structure.
• Examining the causes of joint decline.
• Discussing the diet and herbs that help rebuild connective tissue and bone – exploring traditional plant medicines used for arthritis and skeletal conditions.
• Learning and practicing specific chi gung exercises that open and energize the tendons and bones.
