CLASS SERIES POLICIES
All class series have an expiration date. Students are responsible for knowing the expiration date on their class series. Expiration date info can be accessed through your Mala Yoga MBO account. Please note we cannot extend your class card beyond the expiration date. Expiration dates are calculated based on the first day your series is used.
There are NO FREEZES on class cards.
Refunds: It is our policy that there are NO refunds on class cards, workshops, or privates. However, if you purchase a class card and cannot use it, it is fine to gift or resell it at face value to a fellow student.
Gift Certificates: Mala Yoga offers gift certificates for any amount. Gift certificates can be applied towards class cards, private, or semi-private sessions. Gift certificates are good for up to six months from the purchase date and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift certificates can be purchased through MindBody Online.
