This class covers the deep core stabilizers and explores ways in how you can reconnect to your pelvic floor to build your strength from the inside out. Angela will guide you through series of movements and exercises in a fluid sequence to help you connect to your deep core and stabilize your pelvis.

Angela's Core Connect classes will teach you about connecting to your deeper core and strengthening your pelvic floor, all while guiding you to feel comfortable and confident in your post-natal body. 


In our classes, you'll learn how to:

  • Develop a stronger, more integrated core 
  • Gain a better understanding of post-natal conditions, such as diastasis
  • Learn how to engage key muscles to restore pelvic stability and control
  • Differentiate sensation in the muscles affected by pregnancy
