New Year Meditation with Ricki Jean

Join us on Saturday as we greet the New Year together within our meditation practice. In this guided meditation we will reflect on 2009, on the way life has changed for and around us, through both the challenges and celebrations that have brought us to our present experience.

We close the door to the past year so we may step firmly into the year ahead. Through this heart- centered practice, Ricki Jean helps us connect to a sense of renewal, inspiration and creativity. This meditation is an invitation to open to a deeper awareness of what this New Year holds for each of us, and to set the intention of what we each can bring forward into life.

All levels of experience welcome. Please bring journal and pen.

Ricki Jean Trink teaches weekly and monthly meditation at Mala Yoga. Her classes are built on the practice of Heart Centered Meditation which channels energy through the 4th Chakra, connecting us to compassion, balance, harmony, healing and a deeper relationship to our true self.
