Meditation
Whether you are an experienced practitioner or brand new to meditation Ricki Jean creates a supportive atmosphere that invites us to connect to inner knowing and spirituality. With guided meditation and music we will explore ways to bridge our outer and inner worlds to create a richer, more meaningful life experience.
Monday Morning & Evening: Join us for a half hour seated meditation, opening through heart center to engage in a deepening of balance, center, compassion and open-heartedness as we begin the week together. Ricki Jean uses guided meditation to help yoke the activity of the mind and allow a more full meditation experience. Sitting in meditation with others promises to encourage and expand your own devotional practice. All levels welcome.
Monthly Meditation: This series introduces new tools each month to explore and develop your meditation practice. Bringing intention to a seated meditation; Enliving the body through movement; Experimenting with mudras and breath work; Directing energies in meditation. Each class will include a 30 minute guided meditation and time for questions, self-reflection through journaling and art work, and group discussion. These classes are built on the practice of Heart Centered Meditation- channeling energy through the 4th Chakra, connecting us to compassion, balance, harmony, healing and a deeper relationship to our true self. All levels welcome. Bring Journal and pen.
