Whether you are an experienced practitioner or brand new to meditation Ricki Jean creates a supportive atmosphere that invites us to connect to inner knowing and spirituality. With guided meditation and music we will explore ways to bridge our outer and inner worlds to create a richer, more meaningful life experience.

Monday Morning: Join us for a half hour seated meditation, opening through heart center to engage in a deepening of balance, center, compassion and open-heartedness as we begin the week together.  Ricki Jean uses guided meditation to help yoke the activity of the mind and allow a more full meditation experience.  Sitting in meditation with others promises to encourage and expand your own devotional practice. All levels welcome.
