Marco Jo Clate

Marco Jo is yoga teacher, theatre artist and new Mama! She flirted with yoga through her studies of dance and theatre in college. As the intensity of day to day survival as an artist in New York City bubbled up, Marco Jo began to knit her artistic life with the eight-limbed yogic path. She completed her teacher training at The Energy Center in Brooklyn in 2005, studying with Joyce Cossett, Mary Flinn, and Frank Jude Bocchio. She continues to study with her newest teacher, her son Jude! Marco Jo is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and holds a BFA in theatre from New York University.
