BIO: Kristi first came to practice yoga in college when her hectic class and ski team schedule forced her to find some peace of mind. She was quickly hooked and spent the next few years searching for a practice that supported her need for peace and strength. Nearly ten years after her search began, she was thrilled to find Tias and Surya Little with whom she’s completed her 200-hour certification and is currently working toward her 500-hour certification. Her yoga instruction combines Iyengar-styled alignment and strengthening with release work, movement, and focus. After spending the last two years training for and racing triathlon, Kristi is excited to bring athletes to the yoga mat and help support them in their efforts to make it to race day feeling healthy and strong – with strength and peace. Kristi lives and teaches yoga and piano in Brooklyn where she is also a practicing attorney.
