Learn to check into your body in a world that supports checking out. Intermediate/Advanced is for practitioners with a consistent yoga practice (at least one year). More challenging variations of poses are taught in a vinyasa format, including arm balances and inversions.  Not suitable for beginners.  Intermediate/Advanced classes are 90 minutes.
