This class is limited to 4 students.
A small-group workshop where we'll break down poses.
We will dive deeper into the formal sitting practice, continuing with the techniques learned in the first session.
We'll introduce the fundamentals of an all levels class, including standing balances, backbends, and inversions.
We'll study both the physical side of poses, as well as the sages who inspired them.
