Need an expert? You’ve come to the right place. We founded Mala Yoga - now called Mala: Yoga Run Core - in 2007 because we love to teach real bodies in the real world. We bring our specialized knowledge about anatomy, functional movement, pain management, yoga, strength training, running, and post-natal life to every class we teach and emphasize individual learning. We know the body! We’ll help you know yours, too.
