What’s up with us update:

We (being Angela & Steph) are happy to be teaching a limited public class schedule in the former Mala Yoga (162 Court Street, 2nd Floor) space through the end of February, 2019. The full schedule for January 2019 is on MBO .

Are we still called Mala Yoga? Sort of, for now, because that’s what you’ve known us as over the past 11 years. We are in the midst of a much-needed rebranding and resetting process. It’s been amazing to have our teaching & interests organically evolve in a more expansive direction over the past decade. As such, we are working on a business model that better reflects who we are, not what we were.

In the meantime, you’ll see the name “Mala Yoga” on your credit card receipts, on the email newsletter, and on the website as we go through our rebranding process. As soon as we make those shifts - and know what’s next - we’ll share it with you!

Drop us a line if you have any questions. See you in the studio soon! Steph & Angela

Need an expert? You’ve come to the right place. We founded Mala Yoga 10 years ago because we love to teach real bodies in the real world. We bring our specialized knowledge about yoga, strength training, running, and post-natal life to every class we teach and emphasize individual learning. We know the body! We’ll help you know yours, too.
