Class Descriptions: Easy Basics is a less physically challenging class than Basics. This relaxing class uses props to support the body and breath. A great introduction to yoga or for those looking for a less intense physical practice. Basics is for new yoga students or experienced practitioners who want to practice at a slower pace. Poses are taught with a focus on proper alignment. Meditation and breathwork are introduced. Students prepare to enter intermediate/advanced classes. All Levels is suitable for those with at least six months consistent yoga experience. All Levels classes link poses with breath and provide students with options to challenge and surrender their practice. The morning All Levels classes are geared towards energizing the body and clearing the mind. The evening All Levels class balances a strong practice with more chill sequences to unwind from your day. Intermediate/Advanced is for practitioners with a consistent yoga practice (at least one year). More challenging variations of poses are taught in a vinyasa format. Not suitable for beginners. Prenatal helps moms-to-be stay strong, grounded, and flexible during pregnancy, as well as gain new tools to use during the birthing process. Baby & Me is an opportunity for new parents to practice yoga and regain their core strength while practicing with their little ones. Most classes are 90 minutes. Please note: prenatal and
baby & me classes are 75 minutes. The Sunday 5pm class is one hour
and 45 minutes, which includes meditation.
