Britt Carlson

Britt Carlson began practicing yoga in 2001 to increase her flexibility-and because she was bored at the gym. As she began to wake up as well as open up, her passion for the practice grew, and she left her career as a literary agent to sign up for yoga camp (aka teacher training) with Tias Little. In her challenging classes, Britt integrates release and alignment work with flowing movement. She also studies capoeira-an Afro-Brazilian martial art-when not on the mat learning from the lovely ladies of Mala, who are so generous with their knowledge and experience and friendship!
