Angela Clark
Angela, co-director of Mala Yoga, continues to have an interactive relationship with yoga. She discovered yoga in 1998 through her dance studies at Ohio State University and knew immediately this was her life path. The physicality of Hatha yoga first attracted Angela to the practice, but she quickly discovered the internal facets such as breath, awareness, meditation, and alignment were essential to her own development as practitioner, teacher, and student. Angela continues to practice and study with Barbara Verrochi at The Shala and Tias Little, with whom she is in the midst of another Teacher Training with. She is also a beginning music student of Gulum Mohamed Kahn, aka “Uncleji”.
