As of Wednesday, March 6, we are excited to be teaching at 100 Smith Street (at the corner of Atlantic & Smith Street, above the Brooklyn Industries store) for March & April! We have rented 100 Smith for a few weekly classes while we continue to look for new space.
HOW TO REGISTER FOR MALA CLASSES & WORKSHOPS AT 100 SMITH: (you can register for classes now - classes start at 100 Smith on Wednesday, March 6.)
Visit our MBO site to register for classes, as always. (Link is above or use the MBO app.) On MBO, the pricing option is called “drop in at 100 Smith”.
THERE IS NO WALK-REGISTRATION! The studio at 100 Smith Street is intimate, and we look forward to teaching smaller classes during this time. PLEASE register in advance.
If you don’t get into class, add yourself to the wait list - we actively manage the wait list and MBO will notify you if you get into class.
Classes are $25.00.
Cancellation Policy: If you cannot make class, please cancel with 24 hours of the start time. If you cancel within 24 hours, you can use that class credit to reregister for another class. If you don’t, you forfeit your payment. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. Thank you for respecting and understanding our policies.

UPCOMING TEACHING SCHEDULE AND MARCH ANATOMY ACADEMY
Anatomy Academy: Synchronicity of the Hips & Deep Core
Angela & Steph are co-teaching their signature Anatomy Academy in March on “Synchronicity of the Hips & Deep Core.” If you’ve ever wondered how what Angela teaches on the deep core and what Steph teaches on the hips work together, then this workshop is for you! This workshop is a must if you trip a lot, kick your inner feet when you walk or run, or have pain between your hips & your feet. We’ll look at how the hip muscles are part of the deep core & how to find, feel, and fire these muscles in tandem. As always, you'll leave with a solid understanding of how your body works and tangible strategies to make your hips & deep core stronger & more stable.
