Saturday, Jan 7th
How to Become An Urban Meditator with Lindsay Sullivan

4:30-6:30 pm/$30
In a city that never sleeps, how can we become the still point at the center of the storm? Across the board, having a daily meditation practice has been shown to improve health, relationships and job performance. But even more importantly, the practice of taking perspective on ourselves is the key to waking up, growing up and becoming happy.  Wear comfortable clothes and bring a notebook & pen!

Sunday, January 8th
Runner’s Class with Steph Creaturo
2-3:05 pm/$17 (can use class cards)
Join Steph the second Sunday of every month at our new yoga class just for runners! This is a great class to add if you’re training for a marathon, half-marathon, a triathlon, or are a consistent recreational runner.  All levels welcome.

Sunday, January 15th
No Dog Yoga Class with Angela Clark
7-8:10 pm/$17 (can use class cards)
Join Angela the third Sunday of every month at our new yoga class without ANY Down Dog! Yep, you read that right. This is a great class for those with wrist or shoulder injury/sensitivity or for those who wish to experience their practice in a creative way. All levels welcome.

Saturday, January 21st
Ashtanga Yoga with Christina Hatgis
4-6:00 pm/$45
Join Christina for her annual Ashtanga workshop!  Students walk away with an overview of the postures in the primary series and discuss the vinyasa aspect of the practice. We’ll also examine how ujjayi breath, the bandhas (energetic locks) and the drishti (gazing points) support the asanas to create a powerful and healing practice.
