Bands, Balls & Breath
We are thrilled to introduce our new signature class Bands, Balls & Breath!
This class brings together our love of strengthening your muscles, moving your fascia and connecting you to your breath.
We incorporate therabands, balls and old school breath work for a totally immersive body & mind experience.

Sunday, June 24th: with Angela 10:00am - 11:30am

Restore Your Core: Mom's Edition with Angela - Saturday, June 16th; 1:00pm - 2:00pm

Yoga for Runners: Level 2 with Steph - Sundays, June 24th - July 15th at 5:15pm
You must have at least 1 year of practicing with Steph in the Yoga for Runner's class to attend this class.
