It has been wonderful to see many of you at our temporary teaching location at 100 Smith Street (at the corner of Atlantic & Smith Street, above the Brooklyn Industries store) for March & April!
We will continue to teach their during April & May (see schedule below)

TEACHING SCHEDULE

Angela’s Teaching Schedule at 100 Smith, April:

Wednesdays, 12:00 - 1:15 pm Core Strength
Saturdays, 2:15 - 3:30 pm Yoga & Core Integration (Cancelled Saturday, April 29th)

Steph’s Teaching Schedule at 100 Smith Street, April:

Saturdays, 3:45-5:00 pm Yoga for Runners
Sundays, 2:00 - 3:15 pm Yoga for Runners (Cancelled Sunday, April 28th)

*You do NOT need to purchase a class if you are signing up on the WAITLIST. If you get moved from the waitlist into the class then we will charge your account.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR MALA CLASSES & WORKSHOPS AT 100 SMITH:

  1. Visit our MBO site to register for classes, as always. (Link is above or use the MBO app.) On MBO, the pricing option is called “drop in at 100 Smith”.

  2. THERE IS NO WALK-REGISTRATION! The studio at 100 Smith Street is intimate, and we look forward to teaching smaller classes during this time. PLEASE register in advance.

  3. If you don’t get into class, add yourself to the wait list - we actively manage the wait list and MBO will notify you if you get into class.

  4. Classes are $25.00.

  5. Cancellation Policy: If you cannot make class, please cancel 8 hours before the class start time. If you don’t, you forfeit your payment. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. Thank you for respecting and understanding our policies.

  6. If class is full and you want to be placed on the waitlist you can continue to “register” for the class, you do not need to pay until you are moved onto the class list.

  7. If you have questions, email info@malayoganyc.com and one of us will get back to you. PLEASE DO NOT contact 100 Smith - we are simply renting space from them. We still handle the back end of class registration.
